Inspired by international friendships and  trips around Europe during her university year abroad in Lyon, Alex decided to create The Globetrotter Cookbook,  a collection of vegetarian and vegan recipes to share with other travelers.

Alex loves cooking creative dishes that challenge the notion that meat should be the essential component on the plate. She likes to vegetize classic favourites from around the world, inspired from her travels and with the help of fellow globetrotters who she hosts through Couchsurfing. She currently lives in Jerez de la Frontera in the south of Spain.
